Formed in 2017, the Sanghamitra Collective is a vibrant community comprising over 500 women students and alumni of Nalanda Academy, Wardha. Beyond its founding purpose of empowering women through education, the collective serves as a beacon of celebration and inspiration.
Sanghamitra Collective takes pride in showcasing the achievements of women students from Nalanda who have excelled in academia, studying in top universities across India and abroad. Hailing from marginalized rural communities, these women embody resilience and determination, proving that obstacles are mere stepping stones to success.
The Collective believes in the power of representation. By portraying these remarkable women as role models, it aims to inspire future generations of women students to dream big and break barriers.
The Sanghamitra Collective also serves as a platform for Nalanda women alumni to pay it forward. Drawing from their own experiences, they have established a support network for women students from similar backgrounds, offering guidance, mentorship, and a supportive community.
