Nalanda offers all training and facilities to the students absolutely free of cost and is run entirely on the financial support from friends and well-wishers. We need support for our two causes. You can choose either or both the causes to support. You can make one time donation or can choose to become a monthly donor. Your financial support allows us to do what we do best – to train our students to study at the top universities in India and abroad for free.
At present we can take donations only from Indian citizens.
All our donors are eligible to get 50 % tax-exemption under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act.
Currently our centre has just one classroom and no hostel or mess facilities to offer. Now we are constructing our residential campus at Waifad, Wardha. In the first phase, we are building 3 classrooms and residential facilities for 100 students with a total cost of about 5 Crores.

We spend about Rs. 4 Lakhs every month to be able to teach over 200 students coming to our Wardha centre from 13-14 states. This includes their accommodation and food expenses, staff salaries, and other expenses like electricity, water, stationary, internet bills, etc.

Yes. All Indian donors to Nalanda Academy and Nalanda Abhiyan Trust are eligible to get 50 % tax-exemption under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act.
We will send across your donation receipt either by email or to your mailing address. This receipt is eligible for tax exemption and can be shared with the Income Tax authorities. Please make sure you include your email address and address in the donation form.

a. We accept donations only in INR currency.
b. If you are an NRI (holding Indian Citizenship) and have an Indian bank account you can transfer money from your Indian bank account.
c. Currently we cannot accept donations from foreign passport holders.
